Your responsibilities

  • Documentation and preliminary review of property offers
  • Analysis of market, property, and tenant criteria
  • Preparation of profitability and economic feasibility analyses for the acquisition and disposal of retail properties in Germany and across Europe
  • Conducting scenario and sensitivity analyses
  • Preparation of internal and external decision-making documents
  • Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Administrative support (correspondence, preparation of documents, etc.)
  • Review, verification, and (electronic) archiving of lease agreements and other contract-relevant documents
  • Assistance to asset and transaction managers as needed and based on task requirements
  • General office and administrative support

 

We expect from you

  • Currently enrolled student (ideally in a real estate-related degree program (e.g. Business Administration, Real Estate Management, Real Estate Economics,
    etc.)
  • Initial experience in asset or transaction management is desirable
  • Structured and highly detail-oriented working style
  • Ability to work independently and a high level of motivation in task execution
  • Quick comprehension skills and strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
